The Skills Farm Trainers
The Skills Farm believes in Learner Centered training. And so do our team of trainers. Throughout the years Scott Summers, founder of The Skills Farm, has been very fortunate to work alongside many outstanding trainers. But few genuinely meet the high standards of learner centered training that is the deep rooted ethic of The Skills Farm.
Meet The Skills Farm trainer team:
Scott Summers: After graduating from The Master Trainer Institute in Geneva Scott has travelled the globe training busy professionals at some of the world’s largest organisations. As an established presentation skills trainer, Scott founded The Skills Farm in 2011.
During this time Scott has dedicated his career to carefully examining the craft of presenting. He has analysed the tricks of the trade used by professional presenters and passionately enables his participants to learn the art for themselves.
Mo Rye: As a Leadership Development trainer and coach Mo has observed and shaped hundreds of presentations and now has 20 years’ experience. She has become an expert in working alongside people to release their individual presentation styles without them having to sacrifice their own authentic personality. She has often worked with very technical communities, helping them package and convey their vast knowledge and expertise, with amazing impact! She has been working as a double-act with Scott since 2009 and together they love seeing a person’s hidden talents coming to the surface and reaching their audience.
Jamie Hayes: As the Training Team Lead, Jamie Hayes has a pivotal role at The Skills Farm. He is responsible for keeping the whole operation running smoothly. His outstanding organisation and co-ordination skills means that every trainer and participant is in the right place at the right time, every time.
We think every business should have a Jamie Hayes!
