Your information matters.

What information is collected

Your name, work email address, organisation, anything you include in your enquiry and any answers you choose to send from the Manager Capability Check. With statistics consent, the website also records the page where your visit began, the referring website and any campaign information attached to the link you followed.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you may need and manage any resulting business relationship. It is not used for unrelated marketing without your permission.

How it is handled

Website enquiries are processed using Formspark. Information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage a business relationship and meet legal obligations.

Cookies

With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our advertising and Metricool to collect site statistics. Statistics consent also lets us store visit source and campaign details in your browser for the session and include them with an enquiry. Without that consent, those details are not stored or automatically included, and enquiries still work. Neither tracker loads unless you accept its purpose. You can accept both, reject both or choose them separately in Settings. These technologies can send information about your visit, such as the page address, referring page and browser or device information, to the relevant provider. Read the LinkedIn privacy policy and the Metricool privacy policy for more information.

We remember your choice in your browser for six months, then ask again. This preference storage is used only to remember your consent settings. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice or withdraw consent. Disabling a tracker refreshes the page to stop its code running. Withdrawal stops future tracking on this site; it does not undo information already sent. Cookies stored on a provider’s own domain cannot be deleted by this site; you can remove those through your browser settings.

Website analytics

Consented Metricool statistics help The Skills Farm understand visits and how pages are used, and improve the website, its content and the experience it provides. Source information collected with statistics consent, or provided by you in the enquiry form, helps us understand which activity leads to genuine business enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction or ask for it to be deleted where applicable.
