Is the management training off the shelf?
No. The programme is shaped by what Jamie learns during the initial diagnostic and discovery session, so the content, language and practice reflect your business, your managers and the performance change you need.
How many managers can take part?
One cohort includes up to 12 team leaders or managers. This keeps the sessions practical and gives everyone enough time to participate, practise and receive feedback.
How long does the programme take?
Following the diagnostic day, the three practical development days are usually delivered across six weeks. This gives managers time to apply what they are learning between sessions while maintaining the momentum needed for meaningful change.
Where can the programme be delivered?
The Skills Farm delivers programmes in person across the UK. The location and delivery rhythm are agreed around your people and operational needs.
How much does the programme cost?
Programmes start from £6,600 for one cohort of up to 12 managers. The final investment reflects the business challenge, programme scope and support required. There is no VAT. Travel and venue costs are quoted separately where required.
Is digital reinforcement included?
The Skills Farm Learning Hub is available as an additional service and is quoted separately. It provides a branded digital learning home that supports managers before, between and after live sessions.
